About our Group Classes

If your child is aged 4–16 and wants to learn chess (or is already hooked and wants to improve), you're in the right place!

Our tutors have delivered over 3,000 laughter-filled lessons. And unlike any other chess centre in Singapore, we support your child's full chess journey: from learning the rules, to positional and tactical mastery, to 1:1 coaching all the way up to master level. We also run in-house tournaments every week, so there's always a next step and a chance to compete.

    • All new students start with a Free Trial class! Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange yours.

      After the free trial, you may WhatsApp us to sign up for a 12-Week Package for $540 ($45/lesson).

    • If your child needs to miss a lesson, please notify us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. You may choose one of the following options:

      1. Makeup Lesson: Attend a replacement class of the same level within your original package period. Please check the class calendar above this FAQ and let us know your preferred date and time.

      2. Package Extension: We can extend your package validity by 1 week. Please note that packages can be extended a maximum of 2 times (for a total package duration of 14 weeks).

    • We’re really proud of our chess teachers! Many chess centers care mainly about the teacher’s chess abilities. But we’ve found that a great chess teacher needs much more than that. That’s why we’re proud to say that our chess teachers are great at making lessons fun and exciting for kids. Our teachers strive to leave each student with at least one “special moment” every lesson. Sometimes, that means celebrating a new chess skill they’ve picked up. Other times, it could mean surprising them with cake for their birthday.

      Beyond that, our teachers have the chess abilities to back it up too. Many of them are certified to teach in MOE schools and have received coaching certifications from FIDE, the international chess federation.

      Entrust us with your child’s chess growth! We’ll do all we can to give them a fruiful and enjoyable time with us.

    • Your child can bring a water bottle and jacket for the lesson. All chess materials will be provided.

    • There are plenty of malls and food options available nearby for parents to wait. Please note that parents and/or helpers will not be allowed into the centre during classes.
